Late in the game we noticed that the suns runner planted himself in the centre of the ground and was signalling to set up their defence. He was on the ground for several minutes and one of the umpires had to run around him at one stage but didn't do anything about sending him off

Then, when he did run off another came out onto the ground but for nowhere near as long.

Aren't they restricted to running out water bottles and only after goals are scored?

And no coaching?
