A game of 2 halves, City dominated the first, CCM can't even muster a ball in the box. 2nd half the mariners flip the switch and have a great 30 mins and find the net. City close out stronger but can muster a clear chance and we finish the year with a 1-1 draw.

Might have been a 0-0 result, but more importantly 🎷>🎻

See this is why I was a bit disappointed when Victory changed to 'Freed From Desire' after a win at home replacing 'Horses' because every bloody club users it! Its just become generic now. I know it gets everyone up and about especially the kids, but at least with 'Horses' it was unique and it started from the terraces from the South End believe it or not.
Anyway that was cool to see this league can produce so much entertainment lol

I cringe so hard when I hear these shitty forced singalongs at A-League games. about 91 of the 92 pro clubs in England don't need a rousing 70s-90s corny 'anthem' played before every single game, so not sure some 20 year old team here does, either.

The game here has a unique enough atmosphere and small shit like that devalues it and it's why I don't bring people along.

(Yes I have heavy English ancestry and feel second hand embarrassment really easily.)

Live from AAMI park for the first game of a triple header Friday. Beautiful football conditions with a nice breeze from the south to keep the player from frying.

City with their usual first half dominance with a 1-0 lead at the break. Not sure if wellington had a ball in the box (just like CCM). City usually let teams back in to the game so will be interesting to see if they can hold them out for the 2nd half

1 shot, 0 on target. I don't even recall it, unless it was when the Phoenix used 2 separate balls for throw ins at the same time.

Can't recall ever controlling a game for the entirety like that, not a single nervous moment
Yeah, it's rough viewing.

The Nix had no shots last year and drew 1-1 after an own goal by Victory 😅

oh Perth.. you just keep finding new ways to loss. But what a goal to win it for Western United! Just WOW!!!

A-liga goes around the globe again!

That's inhuman.
