I hear ya. My 6 yo was coping grief from my missus ( who is a filth supporter but a NMFC member ). Anyway, little Trevagreene was being driven to tears by my wife so I picked up a plate and threw it at her striking her on the back of the thigh. Needless to say I have been picking up the pieces both physically and mentally through out the whole evening.
