100% agree, not sure why people get so excited about him as a player. If he wasn't drafted at no 5 you'd hardly hear about him.
Theres a host of first year players this year that are demonstrating way more than what he has shown on the field thus far.

My point here is I sense his value is based more around his potential.

As it stands I don't see him as that player yet. Granted he's young, I still wouldn't throw down a top 10 pick to get him.

He would instantly be the best ball user in our midfield. I'd cough up a top 10 selection in a heartbeat to fix that deficiency.

he was a pick 5 and is demonstrating that with 4 years development under his belt.
richmond would be getting excess value with their first 2 picks this…easily excess value

he could. Who knows. What if Freo come over the top with more money? Unlikely, but possible.

cerra atm is a slightly better chance to stay than leave - according to proper journalists over here who aren’t named Tom Browne.
loves Freo, just doesn’t know where he wants to live long term.
