29300 in a raining Sunday twilight game vs a team we werent expected to beat is still better than 16000 on a Saturday in the rain vs the bottom team.
I would be more worried about the spanking your team got on the weekend. 90 odd points is actually more than all your 7 winning margins added together.

It was a combination of a shit timeslot coupled with shit weather. We had 40k against Geelong in our last home game so, it's not like we are pulling shit crowds week after week and then trying to create a wealth of excuses to justify it.
Honestly though those Sunday night twilight fixtures are a joke and not at all appealing to families who have children especially when it is pissing down with rain.

No point in really reasoning with you because this is the Bay, but here I go. It was less than 10 degrees at the ground, it was pouring with rain, it was our 3rd Sunday game in a row with a shit timeslot and our season was pretty much over last week, which always kills a few off. Port drew 16k for the Richmond game in the wet, when their season wasn't over, were celebrating an anniversary and had a decent timeslot on a Saturday arvo.
