They are actually averaging 22,482 for their home games this year.

And if you go to the Port Power board, on page 3 or 4, there is a thread called "Cant be bothered watching Port till next year" (highly recommended reading) where basically most of their supporters declare that they won't be supporting their club anymore for 2010 at least i.e. "deserting their team in droves".

Really strange group of supporters that one. Crows and Eagles may be having shit seasons but we still support our club regardless. Port Power supporters jump off the second it seems all too hard.

LOL. I wouldn't be talking about spoons if I were you. You look like challenging for several spoons over the next few years at least. I don't think that $5mil handout is going to last long. Pretty soon you'll be averaging 15k crowds and bragging about how you have 16k "die hards" who turn up "rain, hail or shine".

We make money off of the ones advertising other companies. I know there's an SGIC one. There are others, but I can't remember them off of the top of my head (which is why I think advertising is basically a scam, but that's another story).
