Who was I kidding? Of course I ordered it. Wrestling companies should do more PPVs on Sunday lunch time when there's bugger all else on.

AEW's remaining 2 PPVs for 2024 are both Sunday our time

Not a bad match on the card. Three incredible matches - 3-way, ROH title, World title, everything else good to great.

Some people are tough to please.

There wasn't a single weak point on this entire show from a match quality perspective. Even the Swerve/MVP segment had its place.

Glad I purchased it.

The likely match-ups for Full Gear are also pretty enticing.

Perry vs Garcia
Jay White vs Adam Page looks likely to continue.

It feels too soon (to me) to do either of those top 2 matches. Darby is the end point, he should be the one to dethrone Mox. Ospreay should be out for a couple of months to sell the effects of the Tiger Driver.

Another very good show, and I rank it marginally behind Revolution and All Out for best PPV's in 2024.

The babyfaces have no AEW gold now, and it looks to be slim pickings as we head to Full Gear.

I thought Kyle's turn was really well done, and felt really significant and shocking despite the fact he was always with Callis, and they never really turned face.

The performers and the commentators were telling a really good story there that we hadn't even really noticed.

Look, as long as he's a face again come Brisbane, cos I don't want to be booing the bloke.

Thought it was a really good show, not the same heights of PPVs past but still really good. Even before-hand though felt like it was more a vehicle to begin and further story lines for Full Gear.

Really liked Mariah/Willow, Willow has really started to grow on me as a performer since the streetfight with Statlander.

Maybe we get a Takeshita/Ricochet match at Full Gear? noone currently obvious first challenger (apart from Rocshet and Ospreay) and agree Ospreay should sell the neck injury until coming back at FG at least, but I'm really glad Takeshita has some gold. Such a great all-round wrestler.

Best Jericho match in a while. The 'hulk up' from Briscoe at the end was a lot of fun.

But personally I thought the girls knocked it out of the park!

Unpopular opinion I'm sure, but I've finally come around to The Learning Tree gimmick/stable. Bryan Keith (Best angry face in the business) and Big Bill are absolutely holding their own and providing a lot of entertainment even when Jericho isn't beside them.
