I know it was only the NAB Challenge and only against the Saints but they looked awesome two weeks ago. Super slick and will be right there again. Hawks in a canter.

The false sense of doom displayed by some Hawks fans in this thread is sickening.

Geelong were a great side and had our measure for quite a while. That said, the hoodoo is well and truly broken and if the Hawks show up and play with any sort of intensity they will win this comfortably.

That is no slight on the Cats but they are not in Hawthorn's class right now.

TRIPLE premiership defender Andrew Mackie is a late withdrawal from the Geelong side to face Hawthorn on Easter Monday.

Mackie has been replaced in the selected side by Billie Smedts.

Debutant Cory Gregson will wear the sub's vest for the Cats, with Jed Anderson named as Hawks' substitute.
