Certainly is, and given that the Devils are going to take up all the prized picks in a few years, the time is now to retire or offload otherwise they will be stuffed for many years . I don't see much coming through either by way of young talent compared to a majority of other clubs

They'll always be able to attract good FAs, so won't drop as badly as teams that have been in similar positions. Outside of Daicos though, the 24 and under group doesn't look too flash
