Surely Suns by 20+.

If the Eagles win this then gees look out, they could get on a roll and surprise a lot of people, don't forget big Oscar is still to come back.

I do think 6+ wins is achievable for them this year, and if they play like they did in the derby and stay healthy, two big ifs, they'll win 8+ games.

West Coast at home is one of those games which is a nightmare for fans. If you win no one really cares because you’re supposed to win, and if the game is remotely tight late on or you lose then everyone can write you off for while. Regardless of the Eagles’ recent form the Suns are still clear favourites for this one and can’t afford to slip up.

This is a real blow to Levi Casboult’s prospects for the season, you would think he would be the obvious choice but for a well past it Sam Day to get picked suggests Levi is really not going well. This also cements the really tall lineup Hardwick is clearly going to stick with. It feels like a reasonable call given the size of the Eagles lineup which features 8 players over 190cm tall....

two Edwards inclusions doesn’t fill me with hope

Still, kind of game the Suns cant afford to drop if they want to be taken seriously this season, pride on the line for them.

Not just pride. A big win could put us back in the top 8 or at least very close on percentage.

Yes, it's a home game so Suns should win it. But make no mistake, even with adding Atkins and Day Suns are still significantly younger and less experienced. It could turn into tussle.

Suns play 4 recent debutants, Eagles none. Suns have 4 players under 20, Eagles 2. Eagles mature brigade got into form and play some good footy recently. Midfield trio Yeo, Kelly, Ginbey were impressive, B Williams turned into a decent ruck.

WC won't win without Reid. Seems like dropping Reid is a knee jerk reaction to ensure the momentum is crushed and they finish bottom 4, IE Tactical tanking. It's only round 7. Why else would they be resting a guy that's on fire, carrying the team. If he was 35 years old I would understand it more but nah.. this dude is only 19. No need to rest him 7 games in.

If we were tanking Gaff would be playing
