You give a shit alright . . . your elected government paid a gazzilion dollars to lock the GF to Victoria until all current people living in the world are dead. . . .and they did it because you give a shit.

What a simple and ridiculous take.

The vic government would love an all interstate GF. It will bring millions of dollars into the state and would be sweet little bonus for the economy.

It’s why any government bids for big sporting events. Money it can bring into the local economy. Appeasing fans is so far down the list.

Made alot of mistakes early Burgoyne I thought. Willie would get my votes from Port.
I thought Hardwick beat him in a lot of their one vs one contests. Most of Rioli's impact came from being a smart player and making the most of his chances which is often the difference for a small forward between a good night and an average night. Rioli played a very good small forwards game but Port had better players. I thought Drew was excellent. Burgoyne saved a lot of goals and started a lot of counter attacks with his defensive pressure and work rate but, like you said, made a few errors.

Craig McRae would be laughing at Ginni and all his antics. Fully vindicated getting rid of him

Am I in the minority who’s not fussed by the Hawks/Ginni carry on or Hinkleys bite back? At the end of the day it’s sport people are gonna use whatever works for the extra motivation

I think it's amplified by the Breust milestone, which - given that - yeah Ken probably should have avoided detracting from that in any way.

If not for that aspect, massive storm in a teacup.

For such a supposedly great kick it's was a bad choke by a captain

Sammy Bitchell was asked on SEN during the week, if you could have one player kicking from 40m out to save your season. His answer “my head immediately goes to Sic😂

OK player, couldn’t handle the big moment

You really think kem just said "haha, 14 days?"

1. The level 1 coaching course specifically states coaches are not to engage with any opposition player other than to say "good game," that's level 1. Hinckley would be at a minimum level 2. He needs to do better.

2. Swearing and mouthing off after you've won isn't just arrogance, it's just poor sportsmanship.
Like Clarko punching an oppo supporter.
Hawks have had smoke blown up their arse for weeks even though ahving such a soft draw.
Can’t take the heat and Mitchell what a wuss.

Was the afl grand final venue put out to tender, who else got a chance to bid on it?

ok

The celebrations and insta post only rile up old school Jono Brown sad sacks who can't understand the amount of life it's actually brought to the club and league itself. And most opposition supporters have been pretty well receiving of it, so hardly found we've been that bad.

Thank you Hok for saving football.

I think you're drastically underestimating how badly this "Oh that Steph Curry goodnight celebration was sick, reckon I'll give it a run in front of a packed opposition crowd to rub their noses in it" plays with opposing supporters and clubs.

It's going to turn for them, especially if they continue winning in 2025. I reckon last night is a definite tipping point.

Lol, when did clarkson even punch an oppo supporter? Or do you mean the incident when a drunken port idiot got in his face, and after several attempts to walk away grabbed clarkson?

Sicily didn’t “crack the sads”, he gave the lip right back.

Do you seriously want us to believe that if the senior coach of another team was verbally attacking one of your junior players (and not just a one-off comment, but repeating it over and over again, with big gestures to go with it) you wouldn’t go in to bat for him?

You’d be some pathetic leader if you didn’t.

Sicily did what anyone worth their salt would have done in that situation.
Over and over again 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
