My point you n00b, is that the side you posted is the worst team I have seen so far.

LOL u bonehead, u obviously dont know much about the tactical side of things. Just cos they are a good player in real life doesn't mean they will do well here. Its all in stats, Bowden aint the player Voss is, no way in hell but sure as hell he will thrash him here is both play 22 games. Best players maybe not...but if its helped me finish inside the top 400 for the past 4 years then I'm doing something right

That's not cheating it's playing the game smart. Although I was tempted to take the risk some times I never did cos if a player scored 0 or didn't play then you're screwed.

Yea, really i think if a back misses then you're emergency back should have fill in. That way you can't really fudge your team. Especially this year, You could stack in heaps of premium centres and play a backline you know will miss, effectively giving you 6 centers instead of 4. It's risky but with the new trade scheme it's safer because if a guy gets hurt you can replace him in the week.

I think if a player misses then the emergency in that area should have to fill in. There's no excuse for having more than 3 players in a position not playing, you have enough trades to cover injuries.

Is it good having my best 22 players worth 200.000 + other then 1 in my starting 22 and only have 1 or 2 alright players in my seconds ..... Injuries if that happens i have nothing....
I have 13 premium players of 300K+ and 1 just below 300K so it will be all or nothing for me too. However injured players can be traded before the next game. The problem will arise if too many players get injured :(

hey I was wondering whats the deal with choosing a captain, do you get extra points, or is it just for show or something?

This is the team I did last night. (and may now adjust since the Fraser injury!!)

C: B. Holland (COL) A. Embley (WCE) J. Akermanis (BRS)

HF: B. Fevola (CAR) W. Tedrea (PTA) C. Cornes (PTA)

F: P. Matera (WCE) C. Tarrant (COL) N. Davis (SYD)
