I always PC game so i dont know much about it, do you get an option for resolutions? I have a 4K tv and deciding between ps or xbox
There is no option in this game that I saw.

So I still don't have the game because I didn't preorder and everywhere in my area was already sold out by 9am this morning.

I rocked up at 10...

On Legendary management difficulty, I traded Ryan Griffin (81) and Matt De Boer (74) and for Franklin (91). Alternatively you can just clear out-of-contract trash (Buntine, De Boer, Mohr and Mzungu) for the a 91 rated key forward.

The one thing that I thought WW could do well was make game modes. How the **** do you release a career mode that doesn't feature basic trading AI?

Hi all,

Good to see people exploring the game and letting us know their thoughts and comments, positive, constructive or otherwise! ;) Special thanks to those that are giving the game a chance and supporting us, it goes a long way.

From reading through comments in various locations here and other places, we can see many people are not installing the day1 patch before playing!
This patch is a MUST for the game as it improves gameplay, and fixes some important bugs.
Furthermore, it is a good idea to delete save game or start a new career after the patch is confirmed as installed, as save games may have bugs saved within them.

Also, if players are seeing *censored* names, please ensure every controller that is connected is signed in, and that the sign in profile is set to over 18.

We hope this helps and you have a great weekend learning the game and exploring the modes and options.
Lastly, we are collating the feedback, and hope we can bring a patch to address any concerns, major and minor, in the near future!

Sincerely,
Daniel

I managed to grab Sam Mitchell for Pick 88 and couldn't believe it, I threw my controller out the window.

To make it even more unbelievable, Melbourne somehow got Jordan Lewis.

And in Season mode Sydney are 0-6.

Worst, most unrealistic game ever.

Is someone able to clarify a few things for me about manager mode?

First of all, is there any sort of finance tracking and if so, does earning a profit actually benefit you in anyway (i.e. Upgrading facilities or something similar)?

Secondly, do players stats go up or down each game, or is it a slow burn like in FIFA and determined by potential ability?

Finally, has anyone gotten a feel for whether or not it would be enjoyable playing a few seasons of manager mode, or whether it would get boring after doing one and winning the premiership?

Can anyone tell me what Dusty is rated?
If he's not over 90 il be pissed.
88.

1. Nat Fyfe (94 overall rating)

2. Gary Ablett (93)

3. Scott Pendlebury (91)

3. Patrick Dangerfield (91)

3. Robbie Gray (91)

I'm on a 5 game win streak after losing my first 6 online, one notable change I've noticed is I've started dominating the ruck taps, if you're able to smash it forward from the centre bounce you will end up with a kick heading inside 50 or a shot at goal almost every time.

I'm a fanatic about manager mode, play decades of in game seasons in FIFA at a time, get through multiple 82 game seasons on 2k, it's the only mode I'll ever care about. Have only played a few games of my first season on Evolution, so can't answer three, but:

1. There is finance, albeit limited. You can edit merchandise and membership prices, as well as expenses such as how much you spend on medical staff, marketing staff, backline/mid/forward coach etc. Haven't got far enough to see if this makes a long term difference, but your fan interest and your prices impact how much cash you make. Interested to see where that goes.

2. I haven't worked out why (it seems to be based on in game performance, but have also seen this amongst players who weren't in the squad), but players accumulate experience points after each game which you can then spend to increase their stats to your liking. Got BOG with Nic Nat in my first JLT game and got him to 99 speed and acceleration straight away, which all but broke the game until I upped the difficulty. Seems to be a decent enough effort into development. Players' overall rating is fixed based on their attributes, but you edit the attributes. Can also have EXP allocated automatically e.g all defenders automatically spend points on defensive attributes, or attacking attributes, or physical attributes, or do tackle bag training etc etc.

Don't tell me Hawthorn traded their future draft picks in the game too?? :'(

Not sure if its a bug, but the opposition can never be caught holding the ball. The only time you will get a free is if they "throw the ball". Meanwhile I get tackled straight after I get the ball and its HTB.

Not to mention all the AI have the kicking capability of John Butcher.
