Playing online and I was up 7 goals to zero and I'm not sure if he quit or what but the game just went a bit crazy where I couldn't pick up the ball and everyone just stood there. Eventually the game kicked me back to the he title screen. Checked the online leaderboard and the game gave me the loss? Wtf.

If they can't sort that out I won't be giving this game much longer.

... also what is the button for lock on kicking? I can change with L1 but it doesn't seem to target the player I just switched to??!

Playing Be A Pro and Essendon offers me a contract, naturally I accept. Our first JLT game is against West Coast over in Perth and it was an amazing experience - the first time I've ever played an AFL game and thought, I'm actually totally immersed in this match and loving it. Swings in momentum, my opponent running off me and setting up plays whenever I was hanging out the back looking for a cheap turnover goal.

Long story short, I ended up kicking seven and we scrape home by six points. I hope there's many more experiences where that came from because it was genuinely exciting to only be one player. You can only do so much, you only have so many contests you're involved in, and the rest of the time you're hoping that your teammates are able to hold up when the ball is down the other end. Good stuff.

Really wish we could simulate bench time in Career, also wish you didn't stay off for the entirety of the quarter once you get benched

I've heard in Be a Pro you sometimes play games at random venues. I.e. Cats v Crows at the Gabba. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I remember it happened in Career mode in AFL Live 2 and it bugged me a lot.

When someone gets injured/suspended in season mode is there anyway to see how long they're suspended for???
Go into the team management part of the menu and then click on tribunal. That shows how long your players are suspended for and if you want to appeal or early plea.

Just started a full season including JLT Series and a whole bunch of commentary is off. The names said are one or two players alphabetically before the actual player about 75% of the time.
i.e Bruce kicks a goal and it says it was Brown

Pretty sure this was a bug in AFL Live: Premiership Edition...

Just to confirm - we're all still experiencing the commentary naming players incorrectly post-patch? I'm hoping I don't really want to delete my save game and start again from scratch to fix some of the initial issues (as advised on the FB page).

Honetly I don't care if it sucks or not but i'll buy it anyway to show that there's interest for AFL games and hopefully they'll have a bigger budget for the next one.

But what message are you sending:
There's an interest/demand for AFL games, so they should try to make a better one?
Or
People will buy whatever low-budget piece of shit they put out regardless of quality, so they should just keep pumping out junk?

Ive just seen an article posted online about the game which kind of confirms there is a hate campaign out there to ruin the game.

It really doesn't need one. People can make their own conclusions. The graphics really were a smack in the face, and the lack of any real improvements since the last afl game are evident.

Add the fact it can't keep track of wins and losses online which is arguably a core reason of playing, and the failure to penalise quitters or even award the loss to them and the win to the non quitter
