So not skill based at all? Just pure percentages?Offline I'd just prefer a button press, with % of success influenced by player goalkicking attribute, position and weather.

Both.Your missus or the game
What don't people get about this? They're quite obviously playing on the easiest difficulty. I am nearly certain the wind will become a factor when you're playing on a harder difficulty. If not, then we can rubbish that element of the game. You've seen a grand total of about 3 set shots and, in my opinion, each of them have moved slightly with the wind.
The ideal would be having both options. But I'd much prefer a realistic percentage chance over automatic goalkicking aimbot in my offline play. In Live 1 I never took the set shots and just kicked in open play to make it harder. So not skill based at all? Just pure percentages?

Did the same thing. That's why it should still be skill based, but a much, much harder skill based mechanic is required than has previously been implemented. I don't really like the idea of just rolling the dice to determine whether I get a goal or not. Player stats, position, stamina, wind etc. should all play a major part, but so should the person playing the game. The ideal would be having both options. Or it's saying that the goal kicking is difficult, thus kicking 30 in a row was made an achievement. The fact this is an achievement isn't screaming out that goal kicking is as hard as it should be..
(Shit I think I said something negative)
It's 2017 though. Surely having commentary that isn't so robotic couldn't be too much to ask.AFL video games 101: Mute commentary immediately. Problem solved.
Which game was it where the ball would go from side to side and you had to get it in the goals? That to me was the best one as it was skill based and would move quicker as the level went up and the goals would tighten for the angle. Id like to see that back.

It probably is for such a low budget game to be honest
So much more to worry about.
The 5 in a row one will be impossible unless you find someone to play 5 games consecutively with and get them to tankBest part of that list is only 2 online trophies.
Or be good at the game...The 5 in a row one will be impossible unless you find someone to play 5 games consecutively with and get them to tank
Make the wind more of a factor. Make the power meter fill up much more quickly to heighten the risk of over/under kicking it. When you push the right stick forward, make any slight left/right movement of the stick have more of an impact on the kick ie. Slice the kick or hook the kick.
I really don't want to see anymore scorelines like 12.1 vs 14.3 like the old games.
Sauce?they do have that in the new game, if you slightly push to left or right it hooks it like a banana
It does say that at the top right of screen when lining up for goal, however what i mean is I hope that even the slightest movement of the stick left or right affects the kick accuracy, rather than having to literally push the stick left or right on purpose to get the ball to bend.they do have that in the new game, if you slightly push to left or right it hooks it like a banana
top rightSauce?
top right
Hmm, hopefully its literally just adding a little curve. Would hate to be lining up directly in front, slip a little to the left and kick a banana 45 degrees to the side.top right
Sauce?
Only players with the "straight in front snap" trait will be able to do it, such as Joe Daniher and Steve Johnson.Hmm, hopefully its literally just adding a little curve. Would hate to be lining up directly in front, slip a little to the left and kick a banana 45 degrees to the side.
