Probably a Wicked Witch thing where they can't announce a thing until the day before release. Poor BGL and BigAnton have been caught out speaking.

There is a Canadian Football game being developed that is heavily funded by Microsoft, and aimed just at Xbox. But I'd hope WW wouldn't have done a similar deal, but then again I have an xbox, so it wouldn't bother me.
 
Just put the AFL logo on the front cover with a blue background or the MCG.
Any player or team you put on the cover will receive backlash.

Guys like Dangerfield, Fyfe, Franklin or Ablett are marketable.

I mean more marketable for the younger kids who play video games.

If they see a superstar that is recognisable on the cover as opposed to Sam Reid or Todd Elton they are more likely ask their parents to buy it.

A selected number of people from the AFL Live Gaming Hub on Facebook got the chance to play the game and give their feedback. Nothing else to it. As for BigAnton, I have no idea.

One thing i'll never understand about W.W. For a smell dev studio, you'd think they'd want to be out there, getting feedback from the community more, but most importantly, promoting their name and brand. Why there has to be N.D.As for a game that's only going to sell probably like 300,000-400,000 copies I have no idea. Obviously they spend all their money on legal instead of marketing
 
When will they announce anything! I emailed WW about game and they said they can't comment but will soon. I seriously don't get why they would want to isolate all this. Are they afraid of a bad reception???

No social media precense, seriously amateurish announcement (posting the logo on some Facebook page, that's it)

Yeah it's off to a great start.
 
Hey guys I dunno if you're in to cricket but WW has been set a huge standard by Big ant. DBC17 includes features such as Stadium Creator
Career mode with player starting at not just 18s but a local club!
Career mode also has
Statistics in depth
Goals and Challenges
Selection status for higher teams
Headlines
A massive variety of teams
Decent graphics and gamplay
P.S much better customisation for jumpers, logos, ect
And this is just the career mode!

I wonder if AFL Evolution will get anywhere near this standard...

Rugby League Live 3 was pretty good as well.

If we could get an AFL game at that standard I'd be satisfied for a long time

Regardless, it pains me to watch footage of DB17, oh what could have been. The effort is amazing, well done BigAntStudios .
