God I hate Port Adelaide, what a pathetic effort.

Adelaide have named a strong team. Will be interesting to see Freos 3 outs. If they drop 3 guns then it would be good to jump on the +line before it drops.

Adelaide left some big guns out :confused:

Tex Walker, Brad Crouch, S.Thompson, Talia, S.Jacobs, E.Betts, C.Cameron

There 2 best small forwards who apply pressure, their ruck vs Sandilands, Best key defender, 2 of their best 3 midfielders and their key forward.

Fremantle have also named a very strong side. Basically just missing Ballantyne, Mundy through injury. I think Spurrs another he might be fringe best 22 now though. Id say Pav might get rested today or some of them might just play a half.

We've still named a decent team. I think we'll be competitive.

FB: Lever Hartigan Brown
HB: Seedsman Shaw Laird

C: Sloane Douglas Smith

HF: Milera Dear Lynch
FF: McGovern Jenkins Menzel

RR: O Brien M. Crouch Gore

Likely line up for the crows Keystone agony. Decent line up IMO, if Freo drop players such as Fyfe or Pav then putting money on the line seems a decent bet IMO.

Its Ross Lyon. He'll prob have Sandilands etc on the bench for half the game like last week with Fyfe.

Even without Sandilands for a half i think they smash it. They have picked their best available squad excl Bennell, Ballas, Mundy and maybe spurr all injured. Spurr 50/50 best 22.

The way Lyon was talking after the game he has followed it up with the squad hes picked. No doubt they might rest a Pav, hard to say with Sandilands not playing round 1 now i think he will play most of the game maybe a half. I think Fyfe will play 3 quarters of the game. They can probably afford to rest some more quality.

MT Barker is a huge trip. 5hrs to Perth then 5 hrs to mt barker. Crows have some big spined stars missing which would be almost their 6 most important players IMO.

However the line is already pretty small at 25pts. I think they expect Freo to drop a few guns.

Not playing: Harrison Wigg, Curtly Hampton, Luke Lowden

Deboar and Crozier confirmed outs by Marc Webb for the Dockers.

Think the Crows will keep this one close. They've got quite a few guys vying for spots in the 22 for R1 playing today. That extra drive from these guys is crucial in NAB Challenge games. Crows depth is very good this year.

I'm 0/2 for pre-season bets so far but feeling good about Carlton H2H @ 2.25. Essendon are puke, Blues are underrated.

EDIT: Cashed out halfway through the second. I'm obviously not very good at this whole betting thing.
