Sorted out eventually. Email came through with the barcode while I was on hold, they eventually answered the phone and they replied to an online query fairly quickly.

It’s brutal isn’t it. My eldest is roughly 1000 after 14.5 years. My second is roughly where you are. Hard to see it being inside another 10 years.
