Been in the queue for club members tickets for 20 minutes now - what idiot thought it was smart to put both games on sale at the same time? Get ready for the website to crash at midday again....
Q36 is not in the AFL Reserve, it's in the public part of the Ponsford Stand.

Why they haven't staggered the sale for AFL Members to tomorrow is beyond me. Competing for server time with club members is plain stupid given the history of Ticketek's performance - or lack thereof - in peak demand periods.

It's absolutely absurd especially given the first final at the MCG isn't for another 10 days.
Should be club members today (staggered times for both games) and AFL members tomorrow, again staggered times for both games.
Cost afl too much money
Getting myself sorted to buy some tickets, can I just ask what HOT1 vs HOT4 does? Is HOT1 an unpublished link?
Going to a disaster , logged on now , took 5 mins to get page , could be 40000 afl members trying to get 20000 tickets for geel coll game and more ppl going for dees game

I've done a couple of test runs this morning and HOT1 seems to get in much quicker than HOT4. Fingers crossed it still does at 12!
The club member rush should be over by midday though, there would have been more of them rushing in at 10am than there will be AFL members at 12.
What is the thought on timing the entry through the "Get Tickets" link? Is it worth being through that page a few minutes earlier so that you can clear the loading screen before 12pm but still with enough time that it doesn't time out during purchase.
