I doubt that happens but if it did he wouldn't get to the Bulldogs or Brisbane unless he went in the national draft. And even then probably not.Bulldogs willing to walk Dunkley into the open market as Brisbane talks stall
Josh Dunkley’s move to the Brisbane Lions is on life support.www.sen.com.au
Surely only us or north!?? Not really a need for north
We'd get a blue shell, hit the front and then try to use it.I think the solution is obvious.
At the end of each year the bottom four get a whole bunch of blue shells, stars, and bullet-o-bill transmogs and the remaining teams get one banana peel each
Dodoros plan is workingI doubt that happens but if it did he wouldn't get to the Bulldogs or Brisbane unless he went in the national draft. And even then probably not.
Brisbane can’t get him in the ND given Ashcroft and Fletcher unless Dunks lasts to about pick 80I doubt that happens but if it did he wouldn't get to the Bulldogs or Brisbane unless he went in the national draft. And even then probably not.

Depends on the total contract $.isnt there a minimum wage though?
wouldn't the 200 years catch them out
There's no way this would happen.I doubt that happens but if it did he wouldn't get to the Bulldogs or Brisbane unless he went in the national draft. And even then probably not.
Deal probably still gets done. Besides, if he does go to the PSD I think North take him anyway
The big question will be how can the AFL Media blame Dodoro for this one ...Dunkley would be pissed to of had 2 trade requests fail (IF Brissy one does). We should look to hijack that move more than Hooper if possible.
Given the stand-off you'd be forgiven for thinking Dodoro now works for Brisbane.I appreciate that in that gif the bottom left graphic has Brisbane on the clock.
It's funny coz Brisbane's tactic against Sam Power is to trade away the pick the Dogs were asking for but wouldn't take without something else to go with it. It's the same thing Dodoro did in the Stringer deal (with Jason McCartney, who is now at GWS), and also the St Kilda list manager did it with the Hill trade with Fremantle a few years ago, when they brought in like 4-5 players at once.Given the stand-off you'd be forgiven for thinking Dodoro now works for Brisbane.
It's pretty nasty. Dogs seem serious about letting him go to the open market. They didn't have to publicise it either, so they must want the external pressure ramped up. It's why I posed the question about Robertson. It's funny coz Brisbane's tactic against Sam Power is to trade away the pick the Dogs were asking for but wouldn't take without something else to go with it. Don't want what I'm offering I'll trade it to someone else and you can have whatever is left. Basically turns it into a reverse bid, where it's whatever you can get for the pick, rather than whatever they can get for the player I suppose.
It's a good play for Dunkley financially. In the current climate I'd be taking the dosh over a potential premiership that's not garenteed.I'd hope that we'd be in Dunkley's ear letting him know that if the Brisbane thing doesn't work out we'd happily pay him a seven figure contract next year and take him in the national draft. He could put a $1.2m price on his head and we'd be in the box seat given our cap space.
Won't be 2 years anyway, he'll put a price on his head and whoever wants to pay it gets him.Be happy to take Dunks on a 2 year contract in the PSD. If he’s happy with us after year 1, stay. If not, we trade him for a 1st. Either way, we profit.
Was thinking we’d negotiate terms with Dunkley before he nominates. Blues did the same with Martin.Won't be 2 years anyway, he'll put a price on his head and whoever wants to pay it gets him.
