from what I've seen, Tsatas is more inside but gets to the outside and can work there quite well.
Strikes me as your 28 possession, high metres gained/I50 type.
Not an absolute pig in terms of disposal count, but he's not more outside than in.

Still think we should use this opportunity to stock picks for next year and bring in young talent. If we can get a top 10 pick and a future first rounder for it we should.

If we can land 2-3 in the top end next year it may very well speed our rebuild. The players we’ve taken during the covid years are good but lack the A grade ability bar flashes from Perkins.

It's way too early to talk about a-grade ability for the covid year picks. Especially considering two of them are talls and one of them has had some injury issues.

I have high hopes for Reid he’s only still 20. Has shown his talent in spades. Same with Cox although I think he’s more of a defender.

Is Xavier O’Hallaran still out of contract? I wouldn’t mind giving him a go. Hasn’t shown much at AFL level but willing to give him another opportunity

Tsatsas seems pretty good but investing into next years draft will most likely be more beneficial longterm. If we can get Tsatsas that’s elite but he’s a mostly an outside midfielder which we seem to have.

Martin, Durham, Langford, McGrath and Heppell all role through that position.
You’re the kid who didn’t eat the marshmallow in the experiment hey, not even a lick

I worry about losing time when you trade forward. That talent next year might be marginally better but it will take one more year to grow it to where you need it to be. Could be past Merrett’s time etc etc

Heppell to VFL. Langford also gets traded next year. Problem solved.

Fox going with the afl tightening the salary dump rules and smoothing out the contract

Clockwork
Gee that's frustrating. The trade should have been bloody blocked. Geelong potentially set up to continue a finals monopoly where they should be due to slide through natural attrition. So much for equalisation. What says Brad now?
