1526 all out, absolute shocker. I solemnly swear I will never buy another Sydney player.

The only good thing going into this week is that I already own Randall, who may very well kick 30 on us alone.

Giselle Davies and GP main poor trades, Heads did alright.

At least Heads should make quite a bit of cash. Loses a 20 and a 33 in favour of a 66 and a 64. Despite the disappointment, I don't think Prespakis will change much. You should still be able to get a decent R8 DGW mid in her place.

Davies, though. I'm never againing the entire family.

EDIT: Prespakis went down more than I'd hoped and Heads didn't make as much as I'd hoped. L's all around.

Made up a lot of ground, back up to 629th, jumped up nearly 400 positions, have a similar week this week I should be maybe close to where I was 2 weeks ago. West did her job nicely, she upped my rank on her own more than five players in the Syd v Geel game did lmao

Trades are difficult this week, tempted to go the Ty Smith/Lambert double in for West/Georgie, third trade unsure

I'd probably go Goldsworthy and T.Smith.

The only move I'll be doing is Rowbottom out for Noffy. G.Prespakis has dropped so much that I need to go down so will down her to a 300k rookie and just have Goody on field. Friswell out for Gould. Sick of Friswell's up and down which is a bit expected from wingers.

Considered trading out Tripodi as her price will be on the way down, but Friswell still has Brisbane to come.

Yeah that 35 has hit Tripodi hard, nearly a quarter of her total gain wiped out.

So I've got to move out GPres and Davies...and will cash in Window, at least she didn't drop hugely only 50k.eans I'm still rocking Pope at F5 ha.

Tyanna Smith I think in the mids but no idea for forwards. Randall too expensive, I'll have only 730k once I trade in a 300k mid and Smith. Ash Richards maybe? She's had two 20s though. Be bold I think I said before...dare I go again? Maybe Garnett she seems to have hit some form. No one really standing out though from the DGW crowd at that price. Maybe I just skip them and go for a regular forward like KB...

Don't buy into any GWS player if you can avoid it. Though there could be some value in Garnett as she's the usual go to for a +1 on the goal line.

Zrieka is out for at minimum the next game, and probably both due to Pride round. There'll be a lot of shuffling to cover for that. Also given were playing both Saints and Crows, there's a real chance the ball never enters our 50.

Fair to say that trading Noffy out a couple of weeks ago and bringing in GP, both as BE plays, backfired spectacularly. In fact, the complete reverse of what I was punting on.

Gives me 6 DGW players, but 1 of those is Fiedler

Very tough to call. I'd expect so especially with Newman out for this couple, but fielding would be bloody risky.

Our structure will go completely out the window with the injuries and outs, these two games are going to be devastating and could go back to the 99-1 scoreline of season 7.

I personally wouldn't touch any GWS player outside of Issy, and even that I'm iffy on as they could look to load manage her across the games given the recent knee soreness.

I'm sticking to Adelaide players this week, Gould, Hatchy and S. Allen coming in for me. Like usual, don't love it, probably won't pay off, and I'll probably lose another fortune.

Thinking the triple Saints in this week

West for Lambert
Georgie for Ty Smith
Davies for Nic Stevens

Not a big fan of the Stevens pick in general but she was the best option for the price, def role helps and if I can get a couple of 40-50s out of her she's done her job

Goody stays for one more and will downgrade her next week to use as a cash reserve for the return to SGWs and bump up a few players

But likely they'll be a resting that makes me change my plans again lol

So what have we learnt so far in regards to the DGWs.

• The premos are unlikely to go back to back top performances
• The premos had slightly less TOG especially in the top teams
• Higher mid pricers were probably the most consistent
• Cash gen DGW players aren't always the go since 1 good score and 1 bad score could actually cancel each other out

On your third point, it’s telling that the McCarthy’s and the West’s types did a lot better scoring wise than the Prespakii.

Hence why strategy for ins this week would be going for a Lambert, Smith types. Both fit the mould but are the top mids in their team. Maybe you could go for a Tyla Hanks if you’re brave
