That's simply untrue - he's had lots and lots of meetings with us.

We're very much in this. We don't have him, we've never "had him".

But to say there's no firm indication he's very interested is just false.

We have put an over in front of Clarko 5 years 5 million.

Clarko comes back to us and says essendon have offered him 8 million.

Do we up our offer or let him go.

Keep in mind we offered him before essendon were in the hunt.

I'd say that given the soft cap, all clubs are in similar predicament and money won't be an issue here.
