Take the nrl as well. Clearly plenty of teams rated the cap. 20k fine here, 40k there. Melbourne storm the only club to be stripped of significant things because the nrl actually don't want them to exist, but the revenue stream is huge so they tolerate them but will whack them to look competent

Sonja Hood on 7 news just now via Mitch Cleary after the board meeting has fired back at the media saying adamant they are still on course to lure Clarkson and they have given no deadline. She and one other director are the only ones dealing with Clarkson and they already have Ben Amarfio ready to move on plan B if and when needed.

I don’t think that’s appropriate - appears someone in one of the school families has a relative who is quite ill and seems like Clarko is a liaison between the school and family - now we know the reason for the delay. After this I really don’t think Essendon are in this. Perhaps the other poster who talked to Sonja and was told “let’s get through the week” was very much closer to the truth than anyone thought.
