With how this has all unfolded, I can't see how Clarko will come back to coaching.
Jeff won. He knew this would get to Clarko and he knew that Clarko being the man he is would fight this all the way.
Clarko is willing to sell his house to clear his name. This isnt going away anytime soon. I fully expect Hawthorn, Kennett and the ABC to be dragged to court to answer to these claims. They are done. And we need to move on with football club that isnt coached by Alastair sadly.

I dont like saying this publicly about any individual, but Jeff Kennett is the biggest low life piece of s**t to ever have anything to do with politics or football. If he dropped dead tonight the world will be a far better place for his absence.

A piece of s**t lets him down too easy. Just a lowlife, a shallow man full of small dick energy and an ego that no one can understand why is so inflated.
How this relic ever was voted to lead this state is a mystery.

Its concerning one of the co accussed in Burt has confirmed some of the victims points.

An there was only two aboriginal premiership players in 2013. Burgoyne being an advocate for Clarkson by all reports.

If any of this is true Clarko, Fagan and Burt need to attend mediation with the AFL and Hawthorn to settle this out of court. Black or White, this would be a concern for all.

Even with the best intentions they have over stepped there authority if this is true.

The man in question said he was forced to dump his now wife. An the coaches where pushing for an abortion, which they claim she miss carried the baby due to the stress of the HFC .

Overstepped if he came to a decision and they all showed up to give him support and/or made sure he went through with it - easy to see how they would come across to a young woman and also easy to see how it would be remembered if they stayed together or got back together later. Not a crime but well over the line if it wasn’t his decision and they were all there to make sure he was cut off from someone they saw as interfering with his focus on football. It’s also not inherently racist given (plenty of discussion when this broke) many clubs have actively steered players away from associations that they decided wouldn’t help the players’ development. It’s not nice when you think how young these kids would have been and how much authority each of these guys had in their lives, let alone all three together.

I don’t believe it to be about a premiership player.

The player you’re alluding to lives is now a shambles though. .Very sad.

The child the player didn’t want and the relationship he at the time didn’t want. Of course once his career ended his dating options were somewhat limited one may say.

Where are you getting "premiership player" from and where are you getting "aboriginal" from? Unless you mean VFL premiership player.

My understanding is that Zac is not Aboriginal.

Zac isn't Cyril Rioli, Brad Hill or Buddy Franklin, if you are trying to imply that.

Well, we need to have a conversation about the complainants being conspirators in some sort of shake down for money.

The salient point is that the complainants didn't initiate this debacle with either a legal claim or a media sensation - they responded to a process initiated by the Hawthorn Football Club, in which the club assured them they would be safe. As I understand the sequence of events, they only got involved with Rusty Jackson AFTER Jackson had received a copy of the report (in other words, after Hawthorn breached their confidentiality).

So if we're looking for conspiracists, I'm not looking at the complainants, who can't have orchestrated this to their advantage because they didn't start it.

But of those who did kick it off, who's got some ulterior benefit?

At that point, I'm looking at the former President. Mr Kennett seems to me to have distinctly narcissistic tendencies - everything is about Jeffery. So if Jeffery needs to be the author of Hawthorn's golden era, who does he need to discredit or get rid of?

Alastair Clarkson.

So I'm looking at Kennett for someone to blame, not the indigenous people who were only asked questions commissioned by him.

I'm preparing for Ratts to become our permanent head coach. The accusers and Kennett have won. Clarko will be forced into retirement over false accusations and that's just a great representation of modern day society, and we, as a football club, remain cursed.

I agree, but it is a terrible decision to get involved in this. The guy is a grown up and they were involving themselves in his private life. Particularly if they were moving him away from his pregnant partner.

There's a huge power imbalance there and could easily be seen/experienced as coercion. That's completely understandable. And now Burt has confirmed it, it seems to be fact.
