I notice he is probably more defensively minded than most others on the team.

And he's more of a 2nd half specialist lol First half had 4 points, 4 rebounds then turned it on (more game time?) in the 2nd half.

I don’t know much about college basketball other than a guy I know has a son who played college bball on scholarship and said the issue with college is that there are plenty of selfish players who are trying to stand out. Also, the coach has his/her favourites. So it can be tough, particularly when you’re coming in from outside the States.

Looking at his numbers, to me he looks like he is doing very well. I’d be shocked if he doesn’t do another year. That is unless he decides he wants to be an AFL player now.

Supposedly the next NBA draft is meant to be as strong as it gets so if it’s not this year that’s probably it for him going the draft path.

The 2nd round is where he could come into calculations depending on what clubs are looking for. Thats prob his best shot

Would be hard to delodge the the first round ranked prospects at this point I would think. Best he could do is somewhere in the 2nd round at best

That is his fall back and that option will still be there next year. Got to assume he's still dreaming of NBA.

I’m disgusted by his good form. It’s almost as if he doesn’t want to be a Collingwood player.

Can’t understand why he’d give up the opportunity to be the next Mason Cox and instead play in the NBA with Le Bron James

Yes.. Its one game though.

He is showing some solid progress, looks much more assertive on the court since he came back from injury. Also moves very well for a 6'11" prospect, reads the game well, and is getting to the right spots more.

Things are definitely looking on the up for Alex, tournament time is around the corner so if Florida goes deep and he can put up some big performances then things could change for him very quickly.
