ALL AUSTRALIAN - (form players)

I would say that nearly everyone on our team goes out every week and does what is asked of them...
Which is the reason we won last years flag, Craig Bolton is a great example of a player who does alot of work behind the scenes while others get all the credit.
Ryan O'Keefe is comparitable to Selwood in regards to being relatively unsung even though he goes out and does a great job each week...
I also think he is one of our most important players...
but he also has little chance of making the AA team!

I recognise that Selwood is not a realistic selection for AA. Just thought I'd put it out there and see what the quality of the debate would be like.

Thanks for the exchange Blacky

No room for Kent Kingsley ?? I thought he was a shoe in based on Geelong supporters comments earlier in the year.

hard workers not getting enough credit

Stars like Buckley, Cousins and Ricciuto have gotten to where they are through hard work. The selectors named Brett Kirk a couple of seasons ago. The All Australian team is for the very best footballers - it would cheapen the honour if they were to start rewarding slightly above average players, no matter how good a season they'd had.

just out of curiousity people... could some one else have a go at their current AA team to date. would be nice to see others thoughts...:thumbsu:
