Awesome episode of Dynamite. Punk's promo, Cody V Andrade and OC V Miro were standouts but the whole show was great.

Dynamite was good, decent match to close the show too.
Dan Lambert is great, but I don't get the point of the feud when it's only him and Jericho talking and everyone else is an after thought. Jericho recycling the same promo every week is getting a bit old too. He's essentially just reverted to a poor man's 1999 version of himself.
I thought today was closer to being a "ho hum" episode than it was to being an outstanding one. Cody vs Andrade was good, they're able to keep heating up Hangman with little effort, but nothing else shone too bright.
I'll be filthy if Cole vs Silver happens on Rampage. A conchairto from one of its originators should really rule him out of the PPV in 10 days time, but at least I can make my peace with the 6-man tag we'll get at Full Gear. If he wrestles 2 days later? I'll spew up.
The TBS women's tournament is so conflicting to me. While it's good that they obviously intend to have more women on the show, they did it backwards - they created a tournament to try and make these women feel important, rather than making the women feel important thus necessitating a 2nd belt. The other thing about promoting so much of your female talent (not to mention the part time Japanese talent) is that I don't have a friggen clue which of the women in this tournament I'm supposed to care about.
That whole feud has been the same promo every week. It's all Lambert has done since coming in. rah rah loser fans AEW sucks top team good.Dynamite was good, decent match to close the show too.

This is the most bizarre thing to me as well. I can only assume that was the plan but he cancelled or something? Dunno. It also makes no sense that Masvidal was the one hitting killer blows but now he's nowhere to be seen.

Don't disagree, but there's some variety to what Lambert says. Jericho is simply "fat faced *******", rinse and repeat. Feel sorry for Men of the Year the most.
Orton is 3rd Gen.
The others?
They were never top.
Champions maybe but “the man”? no.
I liked the trials with MJF run but I thought it was ending with Jericho retiring.Jericho's early stuff in AEW was great now he is completely stale again.
He has a UFC fight on December 12th now so is probably in training camp. This is the most bizarre thing to me as well. I can only assume that was the plan but he cancelled or something? Dunno.
It will be.Miro vs Danielson will be awesome. Glad he replaced Mox.
Based on the Jericho and Starks dynamic they’ve been having on Rampage. Can see the IC moving to Team TazzAnother enjoyable episode of Dynamite.
Not as great as last week but still had some darn good moments, especially Miro beating Cassidy to set up the final against Danielson.
Inner Circle/American Top Team feud needs to end following Full Gear.
I think at this point, AEW should have a short list of male WWE talent they'd take if they became available, and Wyatt's not on there for me.
One name on the list. Adam Cole, whose contract is set to expire in WWE soon, possibly even already. Another name: Sami Zayn, whose contract is up within the next few months pending time added to the contract due to injury and I suspect might not have been too impressed with a couple of the names cut recently.
This to me is an argument towards giving Kalisto a shot, the former 2.0 turned Ever-Rise, the former Tucker etc etc, you know, guys who you can plug in up and down the roster, rather than a Wyatt tbh.
add Bronson Reed/Jonah Rock. maybe jake atlas.
and now for my monthly post where I state my claims on "which axed WWE guys should AEW pick up". the clear consideration here is that AEW is perfectly capable of cycling in and out plenty of mid-carders, the main area they should be selective in is simply hiring big money guys whose value is tied to being in the main event, which is pretty full at the moment.
So, of today's fired people, Keith Lee is the only one who could command main event status, money, etc. Of course, he's Keith Lee, so you make the call. If Impact make a strong offer though, I don't think I'd go that far to match it. Biff Busick is free to resume having the best name in the business, and is an obvious fit, if he doesn't get himself killed trying to fight Super Dragon first. Bryan spoke constantly of wanting to wrestle Gran Metalik/Mascara Dorada and never got it. I'm sure he will now. Similar to Kalisto, who helpfully for me made his AEW debut this week and was good, Lince Dorado and Dorada just seem obvious fits for the house style. Whether you put them back together, whatever. And that's it of today's lot. I don't usually comment on the female wrestlers, but Ember Moon seems the only one of the veterans to call.
Kyle O'Reilly is surely outta there soon, unless he wants to be a trainer or something. He's on the list
I really don’t think Keith Lee can command main event status and money in AEW. There’s a heap of wrestlers above him in the food chain. Id prefer him an a lot of the others to go to Impact to help build them back up.and now for my monthly post where I state my claims on "which axed WWE guys should AEW pick up". the clear consideration here is that AEW is perfectly capable of cycling in and out plenty of mid-carders, the main area they should be selective in is simply hiring big money guys whose value is tied to being in the main event, which is pretty full at the moment.
