Jake had a decent game in WA's win over Vic Metro, I reckon he will be a reasonably high draft pick next year, I can't see us getting him as a steal like Alec

He's a very good forward and has the potential to play elsewhere. A second round pick would be a reasonable guess this far out.

Does jake waterman have the scope in his game to play midfield ? Does he have clean hands and traffic awareness of Alec ?
If so nothing would make me happier than to see him play exclusively forward next year .

I watched it ... sure worth it. Good win by the WA boys. Waterman did some special things, though he missed a couple of shots on goal that you would expect him to kick.
I really liked the look of Rogers in our backline - sure hands, good mark, good size and above all, a good decision maker. Ready-made, i reckon. Then there is Ah Chee ... would love to pick him up in the draft.

WA won?! Bit of a surprise there... So is Jordan injured, or just not good enough to get a game for VIC Metro? With him only playing only 1 game so far, we should be able to take him as rookie. Even if he isn't that good right now, hopefully we'll take him anyway, just in case he improves a lot next year.

Is he? I know nothing about him, just that all his work was across half back. I think in this game, he was playing half-back. He was very good anyway.
