Jake had a decent game in WA's win over Vic Metro, I reckon he will be a reasonably high draft pick next year, I can't see us getting him as a steal like Alec
Alec will only be a steal if he becomes something

True this, But i Still think he will be moulded to replace Priddis and will play alot of games for us, Time will tellAlec will only be a steal if he becomes something
Hopefully, Jake won't be having a very good season next year...Jake had a decent game in WA's win over Vic Metro, I reckon he will be a reasonably high draft pick next year, I can't see us getting him as a steal like Alec
I have it on good authority Jake already trains one night a week at West Coast.Hopefully, Jake won't be having a very good season next year...
Hahahahahha Maric what a casual goal
Fair call, wear that.Wrong thread?
I would say worth a watchAlthough while I'm here, recorded the U18 WA game today, worth a watch from a father son perspective or do the stats tell the tale?
I would say worth a watch
I watched it ... sure worth it. Good win by the WA boys. Waterman did some special things, though he missed a couple of shots on goal that you would expect him to kick.
I really liked the look of Rogers in our backline - sure hands, good mark, good size and above all, a good decision maker. Ready-made, i reckon. Then there is Ah Chee ... would love to pick him up in the draft.
Does jake waterman have the scope in his game to play midfield ? Does he have clean hands and traffic awareness of Alec ?
If so nothing would make me happier than to see him play exclusively forward next year .
Bailey Rogers? He's an inside midfielder, carried an injury going into the champs.

Jake has a completely different a conpletely different player to AlecHis hands are clean enough but he lacks Alec's ball winning confidence and tends to play a more outside role. Needs to go more often IMO.

Jake has a completely different physique to Alec. More Jack Darling & growing. He's done extremely well as an under-ager.His hands are clean enough but he lacks Alec's ball winning confidence and tends to play a more outside role. Needs to go more often IMO.

A guy I know who's been in the inner sanctum of WA U18's for many years talks him up big-time; reckons he's got the potential / attributes to become another Elliot Yeo.
Don't really see any resemblance to Fyfe,Jake has a completely different a conpletely different player to Alec
