I think you're getting a bit ahead of yourself. The Blues are still about 60% chance of taking him at 2.
I think it's more likely now that Carlton are going to go after an tall key possie player like Bradley with pick No 2.
Remember the Blues have got Scotland now, and will get Nick Stevens in the pre-season draft, so they probably don't really need another midfielder.
Tall Key position players take longer to develop, but we are a young side anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

I disagree Bogan. The Blues may need talls, but Bradley is not a true KPP and there is still a lot of question marks over how good he will actually end up being. After our Livingston experience I doubt we will touch Bradley with a 20 foot pole. Since none of the other KPP prospects stand out enough to waste a PP pick on, we will take a midfielder.
This is good succession planning as well since Kouta and Campo and getting on. We may have picked up Scotland and Stevens, but our midfield needed about 4 stars. This way we'll have picked up 2 plus Scotland who will be at worst honest.
Silva, Tenace and Walker will all be good gets. It will be very interesting to see which way the Blues go with their pick but my money would still be on Tenace because truely quick players don't come along that often.

Didnt think salopek would fall as far as he did last year either. It only takes one club to make an unexpected pick to throw the draft order around

The only player in the draft better than Sylvia is Cooney and thats only just. He is DEF worth top 6, hell top 3 and top 2. It wouldnt be a disgrace is he went at #1!!

Regarding Clayton wanting Ray, well it might be true however, Clayton really does not let anything slip about who he intends to draft so I would think that people believe Ray fits the Clayton profile more than Clayton actually saying anything.
