Can anyone confirm this? Can't find anywhere that says they are.

The Doncaster today is as hard a race to pick as I can remember. There's about a dozen that can win and it wouldn't surprise.

Does anyone else think the Japanese horses are way too big?

Specifically Real Impact. Winning here well first up as an international normally means there are a few more wins not far away. Yes the weather is a worry but 17/1? It'll lead and with the heavy track it's going to be hard to run for anything to make ground from the back.

It's wet track form is finishing midfield in Japanese group one's. Which of the other horses in this field would do better at that level?

If it was dry I'd be smashing the 7's that were initally quoted.

Will be on it, and a cheeky quinella with World Ace.

World Ace is very solid overs. The Yasuda Kinen had significant cut in the ground with kickback that day and 4L off Just A Way is good enough form for Aus. Real Impact as stated above will really struggle to show what he showed first up on HVY9 and rail true. Yes, it was a poor performance first up from World Ace but i'm still on him if Sportsbet want to offer me $41/$9

Not keen on Sooboog in the first today (He's brother to Snitzerland who was no good in the wet). I've had a 0.5U go on #6 Magic Diamond and #9 Regatta Rebel to start things off. Thrown them in an exotic as well

Ive had to go with Sooboog despite my Snitzerland/wet track concerns, $4.80 fixed on Sportsbet is a sensational price, play Sportsbet for the insurance of cash back if he runs 2nd or 3rd.

Now watch him bomb out and run 4th. :drunk:

Thursday:

Sooboog finally back at the races this Saturday in R1, been wondering where he's been. Mass money for it on debut against Vancouver and ran very well sitting outside him into a head wind that day. Would have to be ultra hard to beat on that form.

Problem though, Snitzerland, a full sister, couldn't go a yard on a heavy track. Tread very cautiously.

Close! Should have thrown a first 4 on.
Next race I'm on Hi World(@7) and Supara(@9.5). Took the early odds hoping Sweynesse and Kermadec would get scratched. SB money back should Hi World place!

Staying out the rest of the day i think.

Got my bets:

Tarquin, Ruling Dynasty, Grand Marshal (my biggest, get $100 of it back with SB) Kermedec and of course…. the mighty…. Leebaz!!

Time to hit the virtual felt, no heavy tracks can foil my bets with online poker, rack them up dealer!

Track pattern not really playing as i would have thought. second race might be time dictated but the first definitely wasn't. overall times look a slow surface and on pace looks place to be, won't be long before we have a good look at one going up the rail.
