Had no idea Graff was even still racing - feels like at least 2 years since he's been in any way relevant.

Looks a genuine must win if they're gonna bother continuing with him.

Remember when he started single figures in an Everest/Lightning/Newmarket almost in consecutive starts? - almost as heinous as those who took Bivouac last week in the All-Aged

V&D only had 13 starts when it won. It's form as a Derby winner and Caulfield Cup runner up puts in a higher class of horse than Pop
When it resumed this campaign it ran 3rd Australia Cup beating home the likes of the champion Avilius.

It's not a camel

I've said its a better horse than PoP - the Queensland Derby is trash and the CC run was also on the minimum with a ton super unlcuky in behind as they were at Flemington.

Name a worse winner in recent times...I'll wait

Graff is a good nomination for the Mr Quickie title of most overrated horse

Yeah 12 months ago was right up there but hard to maintain such a consistent level of overhypedness for that long when you haven't been at the track. Would be a nice match race!

nah, thought Icebath was stiff not to win last start and would've had a 2 kg weight swing in it's favour

Needed the weight turnaround given winner started shorter in market and won handily - I guess we will never know

If that's the form, doesn't Icebath just win that race then with Indy Car out?

I'm thinking of backing it and Bandersnatch. Don't like that Splintex race leadup.

Yeah that was my default thinking too #lazyform #chipsin

Said it earlier but Dadoozdart gets a start now I think?
Must be a Preusker milkshake on Rupture
Gators value bet is Nobu 🤔

Hardest race of the day , euro class get the Dood home I think

The market for R1 Flemington makes no sense at all. If you've looked at the race, feel free to chime in with your thoughts.

For starters, Diala has been backed into early fave. She led a walking race at Coronafield and the horse who sat outside her has done nothing before or after that run - that can't possibly be the right form.

I'm personally keen on Grandslam out to 1400m, but Flying Award did go straight past it on debut - so it's an obvious chance too. But the horse that beat him last start? $19 for Itzhot. Why??

Just lay Diala, it can't possibly win even if Robert Smerdon was standing next to it on the phone. You can bump this if she wins, IT HAS NONE.

I like the R1 Willo special
Wyld Savanna, firmed in the market too

Not writing off Rule the World
I have, but if mine drop dead I'll happily cheer it on for you.

I think Paris likes that import, my take is they won't be trying and he'll be running on late for the Cup qualifier prep in about a month. Last 10 mins of betting before the race should give us a decent guide.

My darts are on Flying Award but can't see anyone on earth who would be piling into this race without a bit of inside info.

Why would they not try? Will need every rating point they can get. There was no real money around for AKTAU when it one here handily first up

Barrier/jockey/stable combo says they snag back and let it run on - I'm guessing they're gonna try and win the Andrew Ramsden. If not then I have no idea why he's in work at the moment.

Aktau came through much easier races and drew soft in all of them. Not betting so happy to be wrong.
