how the *** was i sposed to know who made the squad from skevs. i go to hailebury mate, news doesnt travel that fast out to keysborough :p i posted this team b4 i knew the squad of players trying out lol
 
APS will have ALOT of trouble in the guts in this game. They may have the advantage in the air, with Henderson at CHF, but will get smashed accross the centre and half back line. If the AGS can control Rioli and Henderson they win the game.


Cotchin and Maric will cause havoc imo.

That is the biggest load of shit i have ever heard. Lisle is an absolute gun. Because he is the best player in the Carey team he gets about 2-3 defenders on him every week and he still manages to dominate at CHF. This guy can play and is only a year 11. Awesome hands and a great kick at goal. An extremely high possibility of getting drafted in 2 years.

I'm not doubting that he is a decent player, but I'm saying Henderson is far better and will play CHF for the aps team. Lisle could line up at FF or FP and it will be interesting to see how he plays on a quality defender, without being double teamed.

yeah, henderson kicked 8 last year i think - thats when he was in yr 11.
 
How can you leave out shaw and mclardy from grammar? in the last two weeks they have proved themselves against quality opposition (gc and cgs) to be quality players, tearing apart both teams midfields and almost single-handedly winning it for mgs.

Mclardy had 22 touches up to half time this week against Caulfield and would have easily racked up 40 for the game if he had not stuffed his ankle at the start of the second half.
 
is their any point in playing? lol we know aps is the strongest division possibly in aus and will un doubtably smash agsv by a mammouth amount, with maric cotchin ect out on the side lines that just further digs a hole for ags, happens each year lol good luck to all the boys (hughey sadilands)

Game is on saturday at 12 at carey's sports grounds in Bulleen across the road from trinity and Marcellin and next to Bulleen Park-home of the YJFL
will be a good game but i suspect that APS will be far to strong with cotchin & maric to miss
 
APS will also be missing stars such as Henderson and Curnow, O'keefe etc. So will be interesting game now?

Backs include - Chivers at FB, Sandilands CHB, Wissell at BP,Croft HBF, Hill not sure i think maybe back flank
Midfield includes - Sundberg, Sanfillipo, Pickering, Easton Woods, Sargent, Martin

EMGS: Cannon, Apted(Wes)

Sorry thats all i can remember... Many outs including Henderson, Curnow, Rioli who did not attend the training today...

Weddell is lining up at BP from GC. Dont know why, he is a very good centremen. Cordy is not playing. Fairbairn didnt make it, big loss to the APS losing Cordy, Curnow, Henderson and not selecting Fairbairn.
