Richmond have beaten top 8 sides Melbourne and Collingwood at a neutral venue, while West Coast have only beaten top 8 sides at home, which Eagle supporters have told me no matter what the margin was doesn't count due to the home ground advantage
ok I'm out. I've just realised I'm arguing with a schoolkid.

Sorry all, I'll move on.

Hes actually right in this case - and if we get over collingwood at the g later in theseason it counts for more than you beating them at the g as we are playing interstate.

Im glad nearly a year of explaining this has sunk in

What you have just said is what we came to understand quite quickly as a football club

Richmond have done the first 2, West Coast haven't
I am copacetic with that

We havnt been given any good teams to play away yet aside from hawthorn - who ffs we had to play at etihad instead of the mcg

Hawthorn are a game out of the 8 - so we helped put them there - but i wouldnt be surprised if theres a team out of the 8 the tigers played away that are a game out of the 8 that you helped put there.

As it stands - at this point of the season we have won every game away but you have faced better opposition away - wait till we play sydney and collingwood away

We have beaten gws away ...despite ladder and so on they are hard to beat at spotless

You can Only beat who they put out there

So far so good

Gez tainted you reckon lol ?.Let's not mention the flag you won in 2006 that's opening a can of worms.

Truckin' OK in 2007 til Juddy got injured, despite the Eagles suspending Benny early on. After finishing 3rd, Benny did a hammy & we went out in straight sets.
Yep, a can of worms but we worked our way thru it, a little more transparently than the rest of the comp, a time of denial of the veracity of claims by Dale Lewis (2002, guesstimate that 75% of AFL players had done illicit drugs).

The only team to come out after half time with more energy than they started the match, powerful stuff being ingested there!
What did you watch that game? We were up by 25 points and barely hung on for a point win. If we were truly on PED we would have rammed it home. Anyway it was it is, everyone will say tainted others say wont. Its now 2018 and i have moved on from that

Is that the only argument you have tainted. Everyone keeps on ramming that home haha i dont mind it a bit of banter is always good. I dont think we are flat trackers this year we have only really flat tracked the suns

The mantle has been passed. Richmond 2018, the game's biggest flat trackers.
Happy for Richmond to be labelled flat trackers. We finish 2nd or even 3rd, we're unlikely to have t leave the comfort of the 'G.

WCE supporters, however, have assumed the mantle of 'supporter group with biggest chip on shoulder', from Geelong. Congratulations on being the whiniest/whingiest bunch of cry-babies, in spite of all the free kicks you're on the receiving end of.

What top 8 sides have West Coast beaten away from Perth?

Good of you to acknowledge the head start an unearned advantage the GF is .... so many posters deny it.

The FIX is dealt by the AFL when the FIXture is done, and having FIXed the GF location, some clubs regularly are shortchanged just as the beneficiaries are the same year on year.
You can only beat your opposition no matter who, when or where the AFL FIXture you, finals locations are earned, GF excluded !!!

Nor did Adelaide earn the minor premiership they played only 1 top 4 side away, while Richmond only played 1 at home the only reason Adelaide were able to fluke the minor premiership of Richmond

Why do you capitalise FIX in fixture? Are you implying that somehow the AFL are conspiring to manufacture a result? If so, slightly paranoid?

The fixture is clearly fixed

The eagles play the dockers twice - ditto port and adelaide

Everyone wants their collingwood games etc etc - the fixture isnt created to asmuch as possible be fair - its done to maximise coin.

Thus FIXture
