Are the odds for us a little ridiculous this week?

Is there a reason NM are such raging favourites going into this game? In my eyes, they haven't been all that good this year, and have lost Anthony and Adams (who has been a key for them this year) this week. $1.56 to $2.37 is a little ridiculous, good time for a punt on us. We have only beat Richmond, but North haven't beat much either, and have lost some critical players this week.

It is not a huge difference in the betting considering it's an away game for us.
The Roos deserve to be favorites, their season hasn't been too bad.

North are clear fav's this week...we have been nothing short of terrible!

Don't let 15mins of footy against Richmond fool you...we stink atm!

Having said all of that though, this week is the perfect game to turn it all around and play four quarters of the footy all us supporters are used to seeing.

Even if not slight favourites, I would have expected pretty even odds. Seems like the big punters have little clue this week. Might be a good chance to make my first bet on the footy....

I wouldn't have thought $1.56 are ridiculous odds for North Melbourne. We've looked awful for the entire season, and would probably have lost to anyone other than Richmond last week. I would have expected the odds to be even more in NM's favour personally.


That being said, I have a gut feeling that we're going to beat them. I don't have that for many more matches this season, but for some reason I just think we'll beat the Kangaroos
