Lachie Schultz will be the gift that keeps on giving. Now looks like he is going to cost the Pies a top 10 pick and a second rounder. Imagine the long term enjoyment that we will all get if Freo draft a gun with that pick and we can do the constant comparison with how Schultz is going?
Even the Ginnivan trade looks very shaky. The main part of the trade was swapping 2nds and 3rds with the Hawks. With the pies believing that they would be getting huge upgrades on their picks (because the Hawks would finish near last and the pies on top). They could now turn out to be downgrades.
Their list management team may have been drinking their own bathwater at exactly the same time that their list was desperate for replenishment.

Don't agree at all, sorry. Mihocek's one of the best in the comp at turning an inch of separation into a mark, and he doesn't miss.
Can see Geelong finishing 2nd, they will feast on all the weak teams and have a good record over in the West.

Geelong winning is a good result. They have a relatively easy draw and would be a favourable match up if we can finish 2/3.

Colonwoods list looks shakey.. if they finish outside the eight can expect a good bunch of retirements. They don’t have a pick one and not sure if they have any young players that they could trade for high picks..

He doesn't average two goals a game being the primary tall target with that midfield.
As far as not missing goes. 19.13 with 6 out on the full. Even if we take away the 6 OOF.
Mihocek -- 59.4%
Curnow - 61.33% (46.29)
McKay - 70.9% (39.16)
Statistically with that midfield Mohocek's numbers are absolutely putrid and he's not as accurate as either of our two KPF both of whom have been criticized for their accuracy.
He literally would have to go 20.3 to match McKay.
He's a mediocre player at best but he's vital to their structures and they have nobody else good enough to play the role.
