The Dogs have got to be the single most frustrating team in the comp to support.

Capable of brilliance, occasionally winning or losing a well contested game or getting smashed by teams they should match up well with.

Tonight it was the latter. Yuck.

With such talent, and a list well covering most positions, it’s frightening what they produce.

In the last 20 years, has there been a number 1 draft pick with a lower ceiling than Andrew McGrath?

Funnily enough, if the AFL had done a proper job in sanctioning * and took away draft picks from them, we wouldn’t have the hilarity of * paying Andrew McGrath money to try to play football. And for that reason, drafting Andrew McGrath is a bigger punishment than not having that draft pick at all.

Hopefully Max King’s kicking isn’t going to be shit in the nations capital.

Expecting a Ross Lyon special. 18 blokes behind the ball. Hard tags on their star midfielders. Some bloke we’ve never heard of playing a lockdown forward role on Whitfield. 2 blokes on Hogan at all times. All in the hope to out a 8 goals to 6 win but ultimately fall short by 2-3 goals. But at least he’ll be able to brag to his mates in the media that he’s made the best fist of slowing the orange tsunami.
