Heard on the grapevine he didn't get along too well with Brad Scott because he wanted the team to play in a way that would allow them to win finals and Scotty put him in his place and said "we don't do that here mate".

what we have seen this year, our ball movement has been sub std and our team defensive has been at times useless. how many easy goals have oppositions scored playing human checkers with our zone? player intensity and completing tackles have played a part but we really need some work on ball movement and defence. hopefully Blake helps and welcome back

People will judge him badly as when he first came we had players in prime and great recruiting as he only had to play around the game style to get it right. This time around he begins from scratch. If talk of ooze wanting to bring melb people in will just make things even harder as wrong culture in desperate times.
