Maybe good luck. Second horse also exceeded the limit. Would have been hilarious if both horses exceeded and were disqualified.
Funny how stewards push for disqualification for whip breach but not for flattening a horse.

That’s what I mean how come in this instance who Papley is fraternising with upsets peoples but his fraternising with Wolfden = crickets
