In fairness, Marsh’s batting has been pretty good, and you could argue he warrants a spot regardless. His ability to bowl solid fast mediums is a huge bonus. The thing is, IMO we need at most one allrounder - Green is it at the moment. Webster needs to get in on bowling alone or batting, not both.

6 wickets @ 50 since test recall.

If marnus is as a legitimate option with the ball as your 'all rounder' you've got issues

Jesus wept. Bad enough for public toilets out in the community. When 30,000 people have been drinking and need a piss at the same time, disaster. Logistics shocker before the hygiene issues kick in. You are doing everything to not take a shit at a stadium to start with but if it is stalls only there would be 100 different blokes pissing on the seat.
Urinals have been added back into the plans, apparently.

And it was never going to be no urinals in the whole ground - which is half the capacity you mention - it was just in one section.

Fwiw, the WACA gets more people at women's matches than men's matches these days anyway, and the plan for toilets without urinals was that those could effectively be toilets for everyone, instead of having massive queues for girls and women, and men's toilets practically empty.

per Cricinfo:

"KL Rahul got hit on the elbow by a rising Prasidh Krishna delivery and had to retire out in a match simulation at the WACA.

Most of the India batters fell to the moving ball; Virat Kohli got a few cover drives away before nicking to second slip"

Prasidh was very good against Aus A the day I watched.

Pretty worrying as an Indian fan they're getting out in the same manner, beaten by a bit of bounce & pace. You can't be poking or half arsing shots in Perth.

Rohit and his wife have just had a baby boy.

Hopefully Rohit will be ready for the 2nd Test. And Baby Sharma and Akaay Kohli will be available for the 2043-44 tour of Australia

Congratulations RohitSharma !

Not a massive greg chappell fan but this is a prescient insight re: the decline of long-form batting from a technical perspective
He’s had a major part to play in the decline in batting standards innthis country when he walked away from the fundamentals some years ago for an wasy pay cheque - bit late to change your tune after you sold yourself out
