After embarrassing himself posting the same page from last year thinking it was new, chief cooker try's to deflect and get some likes from his cooker team 🤣

Next time, be brave Pete, tag me. Although we all know you aren't the bravest person on the forum.

Scroll to the bottom of the advice:

Got anything else or do you want to keep digging?

Cap attempting to explain why this statement:

A booster dose is recommended for all adults:

  • aged 65 years and over

does not mean what it says it means, is very entertaining.

Some would even call it “vintage Cap.”

Fair chop Pete, it is a black and white statement and in fairness you were not expecting much from his response and have still come away disappointed. Maybe English is not the resident conspiracy theorists first language.

I'm still waiting on you to document the conspiracy theories I've peddled.

Heck, if you can work it out you night even be able to start a new thread on conspiracies.

Or you can keep repeating I believe in conspiracy theories, it really doesn't worry me.

Its hard to think of something you post about thats NOT a conspiracy theory on the political boards.

But Pete is right, if you keep digging that hole you are making on the current government advice on Covid Boosters, you'll end up in China

You’re on here right now, as we speak, trying to deny that the current medical advice says 65s and over should have a booster.

Although I wouldn’t call that a conspiracy theory, more a case of your specialty: “I was caught out and can’t admit it.”

Are you going to admit this is the advice… or keep this charade going?

The longer it goes, the worse you look.

It’s your call bro.

If it is so easy, you should be able to list them.

Look, to be fair on you I would not be expecting you to be doing much more than agreeing with Pete.

I think he is actually a russian bot - no one could be that obtuse:moustache:

No, that's just you being unable to read.

And look, I'm aware you have always had trouble understanding the meaning of words

But a conspiracy theory is defined as
a belief that some secret but influential organization is responsible for an event or phenomenon
So disagreeing with a cooker on their misunderstanding of something is not being part of a conspiracy theory.

A couple that jump off the plate

You peddled the Russia hoax, that Trump is a 'fascist', that people are racist for wanting a modicum of border control...etc etc etc

Or, maybe its just an ability to be absolutely thick as a plank to keep falling for this sort of stuff...

No, him being a facist is just my opinion based on what I've seen. Russia loves Trump, so why would the peddle that?

And no, I'm fine with appropriate and humane border control.

Next.

No, that's just you being unable to read.

Really? You want to keep this going? I’m happy to keep it going forever.

Just for the record, I want you to explain to everyone here, in intricate detail, how what’s written here is not medical advice for 65s and over to get a booster shot.

Go ahead.

Booster doses

A booster dose is recommended for all adults:

  • aged 65 years and over
  • aged 18 to 64 who have medical comorbidities that increase their risk of severe COVID-19
  • aged 18 to 64 who have a disability with significant or complex health needs

Updated recommendations are expected in 2024, but if you become eligible for a dose in the next few months, you can still get it before any new recommendations come into place.

I have the packet popcorn ready to make, but it has a use by date of September 2026,so it might be rotten long before he can make a coherent argument on your question

I don't need to explain anything, that's why the page is there.

I mean, we've seen misunderstand things but this is a new level of hilarious.

Do you think perhaps if they had updated it, they would have said 'updated recommendations for 2024'or even removed the line pointing up updates coming in 2024...

I mean this isn't hard Pete, to be fair, people you age probably aren't accessing the information from this page, so wont get as confused

Blah, blah, blah… round and round and round the scratchy broken cooker record goes..
Still stuck thinking its 2021..

The government is recommending those over 65 get a booster.. and those with comorbidities under 65 get one..

Most people in this cohort would be discussing this with their doctors and taking their doctor’s advise (who know significantly more about their patients personal medical circumstances than the government site that just sends out a generalised recommendation).

And you continue to blabber on like its still 2021 and that nothing has changed with the virus and the stress the medical industry was under at the time.

The risk is now a hell of a lot lower than then.. and our health service providers are not under anywhere near the same stresses.

But you cant admit this can you. You have to keep debating this subject as if its still 2020/21 with all its urgency, stresses on our hospitals and health providers and a population that wasnt yet fully immunised.

Because to do so would shoot your arguement to pieces.

“The reason they’ve stopped following the advice — and the reality which is obvious to anyone living in the real world — is that those who espouse the “medical advice” have next-to-no credibility left.

Australians have lost a huge amount of trust, not only in the medical establishment, but the “expert” class in general. This is actually going to become a huge problem on a whole range of fronts.”

What a load of unmitigated nonsense.

You have absolutely no fxxking idea what the general population’s thoughts are about the medical establishment. Not a fxxkn clue.

This entire statement just reeks of the ramblings of a poorly educated cooker desperately trying to discredit an industry he knows nothing about.. an industry that is full of highly educated workers that are backed by mountains and mountains of scientific research and evidence..

do you actually think everyone should simply trust you.. some illiterate twit on Bigfooty that gets most of his information from cooker forums… over the medical industry and the highly educated workforce that helps run it?.. really?

I wonder if you caught a life threatening illness or had an accident that resulted in a critical injury and required assistence from the “medical establishment” you so clearly have “no trust in”..
you will have the courage of you convictions to tell them exactly what you think of them and decline their services..

I think everyone here agrees that you are not someone able to judge coherence.

You couldn't even coherently outline my conspiracy theories.

I did - you just wrote some random stuff that in no way debunked those as conspiracy theories you peddle

Admittedly you are very good at writing stuff that is incoherent to the argument at hand

Now - how about answering Pete's question

You mean I answered your questions but you didn't like or understand the answer.

I'll move on then.

I don't think anyone with half a brain understood your response to my comments and how it applies

But don't move on, answer Pete's question on Covid boosters being government recommended that you are denying

Oh I've never suggested you had half a brain, I'll leave potential compliments for later.

But you stated I believed I two conspiracy theories which I responded to both.

I did answer that question, Pete as usual is confused. He's just rehashing old pages that's clear to everyone else except you.

You know writing random stuff is not responding.
