What you need to do is find information on how many people, vaccinated or not, have had adverse effects, including long covid and long term effects on their health and vital organs, from catching covid.. and how many people wouldve actually died if we hadve just let it rip without vaccinating anyone..

If you saw surveillance data to that effect prior to the rollout, you would’ve still been happy to mandate it on sections of the healthy population (including children), to do things like work, go to the footy, or go to the pub?

I am not in the age group that the science recommends have the latest covid vaxes..

Now if a new strain emerges that has the same effects on the body as those first strains did.. and the science says those 40 and over should get vaccinated against this strain.. then I’ll be paying my GP a visit to discuss it with him and get it if he recommends it.

We trust the science behind vaccines.. and can recognise that the urgency to be vaccinated 2-3 years ago isnt the same now for most people under 60 years of age..

I mean.. if you cant even recognise the the most basic differences between the way we need to deal with the virus now (when the latest strains of the virus have weakened, we have a level of “herd immunity” and a shitload less risk of our health and hospital systems being overrun) compared with the way we needed to deal with it back in 2020-2021…

It dont wanna understand it. It was ALWAYS garbage. Lining up to get tested with the tiniest symptoms only for them to send you home for 2 weeks. When you could have just stayed home in the first place. But I understand they were dealing with low iq sheep and they wanted your positive covid test to fear monger the public.

I don't have a real problem with Woolworths or any other company not stocking Australia Day paraphenalia if they so wish but the word around the traps is Woolworths have given strict instructions to staff they are not to wear any Australia Day clothing or accessories on Australia Day. That IMO is a step too far and impinges on an individuals rights. What is this country coming to when you can't be proud of your country and show it..

If they're sparing us from having to look at their workers wearing tacky Australia day merch, I'm all for it. I cringe when I see all the different items they will plaster the flag on to turn a profit. Reminds me of America.

Pete posted a little while back the current advice from government about vaccinations and their advice is to be getting boosted..period. If you are not getting boosted you are not following their advice regardless of whether you have done your own research about the deadliness of the current strains.

Whats changed? (I mean with your stance on taking government recommendations)
