The illustrative literally scaled the particle sizes to show the uninformed (you)....and if the CDC confirmed that cloth masks did not stop smoke particles from passing through - how then do they stop particles a fraction of the size from also passing straight through...
So you don't know the difference 🤣

Given the prevalence of other masks, I daresay most people will use other masks anyway

I don't ever recall telling peope to wear them for bushfires 🤣

Its been a bad day on here for you today:(
It's been a very funny day. As usual you've gone above and beyond to look increasingly loony

You do realise that COVID does not exist as a free molecule? It piggybacks in small saliva or mucus molecules, expelled when someone coughs or sneezes. These saliva/mucus molecules are bigger than the smoke particles shown in your diagram.

Such a pity when reality smacks the stupid in the face.

The CNN interview where Fauci scrambles to deny the bleedingly obvious about masks is really fun.

Here’s the take home.

Hey the one conspiracy I can get behind is post birth abortion

I have a few candidates to improve the gene pool.
Ooooh shit!!… don't get petey and his buddies started on abortion Cap..

their view is that a woman should've have a say in their own body and the right to terminate an unwanted pregnancy..
even if they are a 12 year old girl who’s been r*ped and hasnt realised soon enough or is too scared to say anything to her parents about what happened.. and is now 25+ weeks pregnant..

oh.. and if you’re a woman who is in a situation where her pregnancy could kill her.. but you’ve gone past somewhere around the 22 week mark..

“tough luck, suck it up princess.”

but maybe ask him to consider having a covid vax?..

“Piss off.. its my body.. my choice”..

Yes , once again showing you really struggle with the basics
For the benefit of those who don't have microscopes for eyes...
Wildfire smoke: 0.4-0.7 um
Respiratory droplet: 5-10 um

There's a note saying that:
Respiratory droplets have the potential to carry smaller particles within them, such as dust or coronavirus.

It's the respiratory droplets which masks need to be able to keep out, not the (much, much) smaller coronavirus particles themselves.

Most of the masks which were popular during the COVID period were rated to 2.5 um, roughly half the size of the respiratory droplets which they needed to keep out.

I have to admit, I do find it astounding we are still talking about masks in 2024.

But we seem to have posters determined to talk about COVID forever.

No helping the cookers and brain dead (and yes, there's a significant overlap between the two).

When talking about boosters frequency is important.

ATAGI changed the booster advice September 2023.

Recommendations

ATAGI recommends that all adults aged ≥ 75 years should receive an additional 2023 COVID-19 vaccine dose if 6 months have passed since their last dose.

ATAGI advises the following groups should consider an additional 2023 COVID-19 vaccine dose if 6 months have passed since their last dose, after discussion with their healthcare provider:

  • All adults aged 65 to 74 years, and/or
  • Adults aged 18 to 64 years with severe immunocompromise.
  • Within the above groups, an additional 2023 COVID-19 vaccine is likely to be of most benefit for people who:
    • Have no known history of SARS-CoV-2 infection (and therefore are unlikely to have protection from hybrid immunity),
    • Have medical comorbidities that increase their risk of severe COVID-19, or disability with significant or complex health needs, or
    • Reside in a residential aged care facility.

Come on Vader.. you’ve gotta dumb it down way further than that if you’re gonna have any chance of these cookers understanding it..
You don't know the difference between smoke and saliva?

It's almost comical
Its almost like he thinks that when you have covid and cough or sneeze.. all that comes out is the covid virus particles.. no saliva, no snot, no phlegm, no mucus.. nothing but covid virus particles.

he surely couldn't be that fxxkn dumb could he?..

I love this..its the doubling down on wrong you guys do all the time and then never reflect how stupid it looks to the rest of us. I'll tag the ever dim Vader in here to for his previous post - either he didn't realise Covid is exhaled via BOTH particles and Droplets or he was being deliberatly silly in his reply

Spread of COVID-19 occurs via airborne particles and droplets. People who are infected with COVID can release particles and droplets of respiratory fluids that contain the SARS CoV-2 virus into the air when they exhale (e.g., quiet breathing, speaking, singing, exercise, coughing, sneezing). The droplets or aerosol particles vary across a wide range of sizes – from visible to microscopic. Once infectious droplets and particles are exhaled, they move outward from the person (the source). These droplets carry the virus and transmit infection. Indoors, the very fine droplets and particles will continue to spread through the air in the room or space and can accumulate.

I just debunked your post as Covid is also exhaled in particles as well as droplets. You are free to delete your posts to save face if you like

Nobody’s contesting any of this — the point is the majority of 65+ did not follow that February 2023 advice.

Coronavirus doesn't exist as an individual organism in the atmosphere, which is what you seem to be hanging your hat on. It exists within larger particles/droplets, which are big enough to be kept out by 2.5 um masks.

No... you just showed your own ignorance again, by failing to understand the meaning of the word "particle".

Hint... particles are larger than droplets, and 2.5um masks are designed to keep droplets out.

This is getting hilarious..firstly we expose multiple Cap conspiracy theories, then they double down on the masks that don't work and then don't realise Covid is airborne via both droplets AND particles

Its like Australia day has come early and its a party in here

Can’t wait for them to tell us that the Oxford epidemiologist who conducted the world’s most rigorous analysis of scientific studies on mask efficacy — and concluded they do jack shit— is a total cooker.

In 3,2,1….

no - that is wrong and that commentary from t EPA makes it chrystal clear Covid can be transmitted via droplets AND particles. You can retract your comments above to save face - I won't tell

Mask-wearing among the general population does not do anything.

Anybody who thought it ever did is a moron, anybody who thinks it still does is a bigger moron.
Says the bloke who’s probably never even put one on.. so has never even experienced what happens when you cough when wearing one..

says the bloke who thinks he knows better than the entire health industry.. even though he’s never spent a day in his life working in that industry, in its scientific laboratories, in its hospitals, in its clinics or in its research facilities..

says the bloke who gets his info from The Joe Rogan Experience, manipulated data on cooker sites and Russell Brand..

oh yeah, he researches…

That is literally NOT what the EPA is stating. And keep up, we are talking about Cap and his cloth mask comment - not N95 masks

The size of SARS-CoV-2 ranges from 0.07 μm to 0.09 μm [23,24].

Says this bloke too.

Imagine thinking you know more than an Oxford epidemiologist who conducted the most thorough research on masks to date?

That’s cooker central bud

You quite literally are still yet to expose a single conspiracy theory.

I'm actually amazed you still don't know what a conspiracy theory is.

I can only assume that's deliberate or it's your medication talking (be that prescribed or otherwise)
