Covid never ran rampant in this country. WA is the perfect test case as they barely had a case of covid and then suddenly after the gene therapy was rolled out, hospitalisations and excess deaths significantly increased. Tbh I didn't think there was anyone still defending them but I guess I was wrong.

I wish some people would engage their brains before posting.

Around 35% of Australia's population contracted COVID over a period of six months in 2022.

For anyone to claim that there was "no spike of cases in Australia", has to either be taking the piss, trolling or a complete idiot.

10.5 million Australians were infected over a 6 month period in 2022, of course that's going to cause a rise in excess deaths.

As I mentioned before from the official ABS the death rate increased by a couple of % last year compared to previous but was lower than the year before.

The small variances across ‘22, ‘23 and ‘24 are not what is being discussed.

What’s being discussed is the huge spike that occurred after 2021, and the fact that spike has become the new normal.
