Pick 17 then became 15 after Carlton lost their picks and pick 12 became pick 10.

So Melbourne got Nick Smith and Heffernan, we got Laycock.

Brett Montgomery for Nathan Eagleton. Although it has evened up in recent years, the service Montgomery gave the Power between 2000-2005 was pretty bloody good. It will probably even up in the next few years, assuming we hold on to Eagleton.

Also the trades where we got rid of Leon Cameron and Stephen Powell hurt us. I cannot remember the exact trades, but I know we got the wrong end of the stick. Maybe Ben Harrison was involved in the Cameron trade, although I am not really sure.

Could have been, I can't remember. All I know is they all came from other clubs and were schite.
