If people are going to buy in to speculation, at least name names and prove that you actually have some decent mail rather than just making up 'I heard that an ex-AFL player blah blah blah'. The truth is that you heard nothing of any substance.

They devils have had three applicants, and are still searching.
 
They can get fev, robbo and superman, still gonna have same culture. Two losses to the most ordinary team in the BFL totalling 106 points and conceding 33 goals to Sunbury not real flash

Superman aint real mate. But Wayne Carey, Kade Carey, Brodie Holland and Brendan Fevola are. Wayne coaching and the rest playing.
The most watched team in the BFL will get even bigger crowds with that lot, gate receipts and beer sales through the roof. Will pay for themselves.
 
Good luck there sure you can't get Dane swan to leave the pies and jump on Board aswell cmon mate goin to be hard to attract anyone there after not winning a game all season even if u have got cash
 
honestly who cares about the devils....couldnt happen to a better club not winning a game they had there chance when they had big name players and still couldnt win a flag...there a disgrace as a club all together

Darley have noone to blame but themselves for their current predicament and the glee the other teams around the competition have for this situation.
Darley have developed a culture that has been despised around the league much the same as Sunbury had under Lupson and Power. Other clubs look down on the abusive taunts hurled by Darley followers at games, the arrogance of players and followers without achieving the ultimate prize and other related behaviour.
The only option for Darley to be successful again is to follow the Sunbury route and enlist a coach who will develop local talent and improve the culture of the place.

Everyone is an expert on our 'bad culture'. You have no idea what you are talking about.
So our 'bad culture' is the reason for J. Edwards, D. Edwards, B. Dryden, J. Porter, S. Newton, C. McGill, and B. Inglis all being injured for most of the year. With them in the side each week we would not be winless.
We don't care if everyone hates us, why would that worry us?? I don't get it mate. Does being liked by everyone make you a better team.
I think our aim would be to be respected not liked. But at the moment we are neither.

If all your lives are so crap that your only enjoyment is seeing Darley on the bottom on the table then you need to get out more. We care a hell of a lot less about being where we are than lot do. Hope you are all as equally miserable and depressed we when win the flag next year.

Mate your dreaming! I was with Kade sat nite & your no chance of getting him. Why would he leave marbo when he is on 60000$ a year & lives 10 min away. To go to Darley where everybody hates you & they gangbash there own players. Minns would be a good coach. Just ask him

Well its good to be back and couldnt be happier ,now all you pickles and dumb shits that said darley wouldnt end up wooden spooners ,nor would they wina a game.you all had your heads that far up yr ass you wouldnt know if you shitting or talking .it could not happen to a better bunch of overratted full of themselves shit club , i hope they stay down forever at the bottom i might even send a wooden spoon to all you muppets in the mail............and yea good to be back , no need for response cause immmmmm riiiigggghhhhttttt !!!!!!!!!

You can't call anyone dumb mate. I can barely make sense of what you have attempted to write, but I gather you don't like Darley and you probably support the Marsh.

The Marsh being the team that has had its most successful year in the last 12 by winning 4 games, 2 against apparently the worst team ever.

A hugely successful year you have had, that will end on the same weekend Darleys does. Looks like you will have to have your mad monday in another town this year as the boys on the other side of the bridge arnt playing finals for once.

Bit of history Johny, in the last 12 years Darley has won as many flags as Bacchus Marsh (0), Been in as many Grand Finals as Bacchus Marsh (1), whilst they have made more finals apperances, Bacchus Marsh has not gone through an entire season without a win as bad as some of those teams have been.

Real Bacchus Marsh supporters and players do not think this as a successful year, only one where the improvement in performance has been significant, with young players gaining valuable experience at senior level and see it a stepping stone to future success after past seasons of dismal performance.

I know the history mate, but I didnt count on anyone from your side of the bridge keeping stats.

If only the rest of your club had the same point of view. Then continual acceptance of being a mediocre football club would not be the norm.
It is sad for your club that you appear to be in the minority.

I think you are confusing being satisfied with the direction and improvement of the club with being satisfied with pure winnning % performance. The people who count (players, coaches, support staff and the committee) are bitterly disappointed with how the season has panned out results wise (especially 5 or 6 close games which even if split would still have us in the hunt for finals) and are definately not satisfied with being a middling side. If some followers are satisfied with being a 4 or 5 win club they are not a true reflection of the mindset of the club as a whole.
