Could be. Stars are always funky with their selections. Maxi was batting too low for a long time and I reckon Cartwright has been under-utilised last year.

I’d have thought Stoinis is experienced enough now that he can open domestic and still bat middle order if he stays in the international side. Burns is still capable, he’ll have a good knock here and there but think it just puts too much pressure on the middle order with the dodgy top three.
