Guys like: Vince, Moises Henriques, Silk, Abbott, Kurtis Patterson usually need a good look in with a few balls before deciding to whack the ball. Tonight they dont get those extra balls. Pretty much have to go bang from ball 1 or ball 2.

With most leg spinners, their stock delivery is their leg break. With Rashid Khan, his leg break is almost a shock delivery. He tends to bowl googlies and top spinners with the odd leg break.

12 overs lost for starting an hour late seems a bit too much. Cut down the innings break and play half an hour overtime and you'd be able to play a full game. Something that always irks me.

I haven't watched a lot of the big bash but the matches I have seen Bish's knowledge on even the scrub domestic players is better than the local commentators.

Absolutely but he was saying the reason Rashid can run in so fast is he locks his wrist and uses the fingers to determine if it's a leg break or a wrongun instead of the wrist position changing.

If I were the Sixers I would have been tempted to throw in a pinch hitter to open eg Kerr, Christian or Abbott.

Patterson is good to watch when he starts playing his pull shot. Always been good at picking up balls that are only just short of a length.
