Renegades have to beat the Heat on Sat but not by too much, Scorchers have to win and Stars have to lose on Sunday.
Would be up there with THAT final as possibly the most Stars thing ever

The way this Hobart Hurricanes team playing, I dont think they will take the Stars lightly. Think there is a bit of motivation for them to win a title ahead of another team that has yet to taste success in the BBL yet.

Hobart are going to be incredibly hard to beat but the stars do have the fire-power to do it. Probably need Maxwell to go big but we all know he can.

If the Gades beat the Heat and the Canes beat the Stars then the winner of Scorchers/Strikers goes to 4th and the loser to last.

I agree but they would be thinking about resting wade in particular before the finals surely now that their home final is locked up. Might help the stars.

Canes finals lineup will be interesting. McDermott for Wakim is easy but Bean probably holds his spot. It's whether they want extra batting or bowling but I think the lefty bowling option gives you more than Dorans batting.
