Issue was Hurst and Jennings. Both were obscenely bad. Like Dept of Immigration should investigate this and revoke their work visas for impersonating cricketers

Don’t forget Spoors. 3 of the worst players we’ve seen play for the Scorchers.
A lot of 50/50 stuff went against us this season but shot ourselves in the foot many times by not killing teams off. Just looked disinterested tonight. Squad needs a mini rebuild for next season.

10k is still appalling for Sydney. Perth and Adelaide crowds would have still hit 20-30k+ on a day like today. Probably both sellouts if finals were on the line too

Tail enders slogging and getting runs at the death doesn’t mean the competition is a joke.
The BBL is well and truly alive and with the Thunder, Sixers and Hurricanes locked into finals I look forward to the remaining weeks games to see who gets 4th.
